Meet Our Current Design Team

Lisa: Owner & Sketch Artist
Lisa started scrapbooking in 1997 shortly after the birth of her son. She joined her first online group in 2007 and after receiving inspiration and encouragement from her online scrapping friends she started her own blog: My Creative Endeavors. Lisa loves using sketches as a starting point for almost all her layouts. When she isn't putting pictures to paper she is sketching out plans for upcoming layouts. She began creating her own sketches in 2010 hoping to inspire other busy moms who have limited scrapping time and need to multitask while scrapbooking! Lisa loves seeing how her sketches inspire others and receives a great amount of satisfaction seeing her basic sketch turned into a work of art!

Heather: Senior Designer & Sketch Artist

My name is Heather Hall. I live in Nebraska with my husband Jeremy and 3 children, Rylan, Brett & Briliegh. I've been arting in some form my whole life. I started drawing in school and moved on to painting, stained glass and everything else that was available. In college I focused more on computers graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Visual Communications & Design. In 2002 I started working at a gift shop and the world of crafting opened up to me. I bought a saw and started with wood crafts, later I added a sewing machine to my arsenal and designed crafts for every season. I still work in both mediums, adding things to my website, The Old Salt Box, as I make them. In 2009 I gave birth to my triplets and the world of scrapbooking opened it's doors to me. I enjoy working in the paper arts most these days. With 3 children there is always something to scrap about!

Angela: Senior Design Team Member
My name is Angela and I am a paper crafting girl! I love to make cards, create layouts and even some home décor items. I have been scrapbooking for about 16 years and love it! For me it is a creative outlet when I just want to relax and take my mind off of other things. If I had to pick what style of a crafter I was, I would say clean and simple. I like a “neat” look to my creations. (I guess that is the OCD in me!) I live in Colorado with my sweet husband who supports me 100% and my 4 wonderful kids. When I am not crafting I enjoy spending time with my family, being silly with my friends, shopping with my mom, and serving in my church. Something you may not know about me is that I LOVE black olive pizza, cinnamon bears, and anything with caramel. (I also love foods that are good for me, but none of those came to my mind right away. LOL) I also am excited to be on the Sketch n Scrap design team! I have been following their blog for quite a while now and love all the inspiration that I get from it!

Lori: Senior Design Team Member
Hello! My name is Lori and I live in a small SW Missouri town with my husband, Scott, and our 2 sons, Matthew and Shane. We also have a daughter, Abby, who is married to her high school sweetheart and they have a one year old little girl named Ada that I get the pleasure of babysitting through the week.  I started scrapbooking about 17 years ago and card making soon after that. Nothing relaxes me more than spending time in my scrap room. I love looking back on all that has happened and preserving those memories. I would call my scrappy style clean and simple, but lately I have been having fun adding a few more layers to my projects.  You can find me at My Happy Life any day of the week. I would love for you to stop by!

Diana: Design Team Member
My name is Diana Soling and I live in Yorkville, IL.  I am a mother of three, 2 boys and 1 girl and have been married for 21 years.  I started scrapbooking a few months after my oldest son was born and never looked back.  I started making cards when my youngest son was born.  I wanted to make his birth announcements.  I love reading in my spare time and hanging out with my kids.  We love going to the zoo (although only my 14 year old will go anymore) and watching movies.  We have three fur babies, two dogs and one hamster.

Surama:   Design Team Member
My name is Surama and I live in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, with my mom, my sister and two cute cats. I'm single, no children.  I work in publicity at my own company: an agency of events and promotional marketing.  I've been scrapping since 2006 and never stopped. I love colorful papers, inks, stamps and now I'm really enjoying my Silhouette machine. For me, scrapbooking is fun, it is my pleasure and my joy. It is my therapy for sad days. Good memories and special moments of my life with my family and friends are the main theme of my layouts.  In addition to scrapbooking, I love listening to music, making cookies and candies, watching movies and going out with friends. I'm so happy to be here again!

Tina: Design Team Member
Hi I'm Tina of Tina's Scrap Corner. I'm married to a great guy for 23 years, we have a furry older child in the house Buddy and in dog years he's older than us :) Buddy is an Australian cattle-dog (Blue Heeler). We also have 17 grandkids (combined families :) and 5 Great-Grandkids so lots to scrap. I work the overnight shift in a food factory as a production worker. I started scrapbooking in 2007 when a friend invited me to a crop and I was hooked :) I love to scrap and make cards with sketches, it's a way for me to get the look I want in the fastest way possible, like a roadmap gets you from point A to point B.

Wendy: Design Team Member
Let me introduce myself, my name is Wendy and I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  I have been married for almost 22 years (gasp) and we have two children, Evan (12) and Elizabeth (10).  I love trying new techniques and therefore I really do not stick to one particular style of scrapbooking.  I am on a mission to get caught up on my photo albums (a girl can dream – right?) so I have challenged myself to try to complete a layout a day!  I find tons of inspiration online, especially at Sketch N Scrap!  Feel free to check in on my progress at my blog: W2   I am very much looking forward to being part of the talented Sketch N Scrap Design Team!
